147 of 147 Panels Installed!
3,906 of 3,906 Bolts & Nuts Installed!
Base panels are installed on either side of the arch. The short panel is alternated from side to side on each successive arch to stagger the panel joints.
Next assemble the 2 seperate arch sections on the ground. The work platform attached to the scaffold allows us to build a 2 panel arch and a 3 panel arch. Butyl tape is placed at each joint and along the seam of the entire arch
The panels are pretty lazy and prefer to take the elevator rather than the stairs.
Tripp lines up bolt holes with the drift pin and places bolts from the outside and Nikki secures the nuts working from bottom to top. (186 bolts/arch....)
A 16ft gin pole attaches with an 1100lb remote control winch is mounted to the tractors front-end loader. The panels are connected to the winch using eye bolts and chain to form a lifting block.
